Stamping Metallic Conductor
- Size: L105*W4*T0.4MM
- Finishing: Nickel-Plated, tin-plated, zinc-plated. And we recommend to hanging plating replace roll plating since the product is thin and long, only hanging plating can keep the shape and avoid deforming.
- Material: Phosphorus copper, bronze, aluminium, stainless steel 304.

Technical Points of Stamping Metallic Conductor
- Dimensions: We have already done this correctly to ensure the contacts are positioned accurately.
- Conductivity: To minimize voltage drop and to avoid reducing the flashlight’s brightness. The resistance of the current rod, including its coating, is approximately 0.25-1 ohms. And we think it would be better if the resistance were closer to 0.25 ohms.
- Corrosion resistance: Closely related to the previous point, this concerns avoiding oxidation or galvanic corrosion. Originally, the part was nickel-plated on bronze-aluminium, but we discontinued this due to the coating peeling off during handling. Then we used zinc plating, which works well. We have also used tin plating on other products with good results.

Applications of Stamping Metallic Conductor
The stamping metallic conductor functions as a metal conductor, connecting the rear press button to the gasket of the torch, thereby establishing an electrical connection with the built-in electronic components housed within the flashlight head.
