Precautions For Rivet Nuts

Rivet nuts, as a solution to connect some equipment that is difficult to weld with other parts, has replaced some traditional welding processing methods. However, manual rivet nut equipment is required for the use of rivet nuts, and the following issues should be paid attention to.
1. Check whether the mouth screw of the equipment is correctly assembled. Select the corresponding equipment head and rivet bolt according to the dimension of rivet nut and check whether the connecting parts are firmly connected.

2. Pay attention to the deformation length or displacement of the riveted nut, and then correctly adjust the angle of the operating lever.

3. The scale ring of the rivet nut equipment is used to adjust the rivet stroke, which can be adjusted as required during operation. It needs to attention that when adjusting the length of the rivet bolt, it is necessary to open two handles and adjust the equipment head sleeve so that the exposed length of the rivet bolt is slightly greater than the length of the blind rivet nut. Finally, adjust the nut and the equipment body tightly.

4. Finally, open the two handles and pull out all the bakelite. Put the corresponding blind rivet nut on the end of the rivet bolt and squeeze it firmly. Push the bakelite to screw the equipment head bolt. Then insert the rivet nut into the pre drilled hole of the rivet piece and press the two handles together with force. At this moment, the rivet nut expands to rivet the workpiece tightly, and then pull out the bakelite ball. The rivet nut will exit from the threaded hole.

During the operation of manual rivet nut equipment. If the cap is found to be loose, it shall be tightened in time. After using, the equipment head bolts shall be protected from damage.
