We have 2D/3D projector, hardness tester / high and low temperature impact testing machine / metallographic inspection / spectrometer / salt spray tester, we can provide relevant testing according to customer requirements.

For standard screws, we have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) that varies depending on size, material, and inventory. For conventional screws with a shank diameter less than 10mm, the MOQ is typically at least 50,000pcs. Unconventional screws and large screws will be discussed separately. Delivery is typically within 15-25 working days, with screws requiring additional molds being charged separately. With over 200 screw & bolt machines, we can fully guarantee delivery for both regular and urgent orders.

We would test raw materials, production lines, finished products, and every shipments. In terms of dimensions, we have optical screening equipment that conducts 100% inspection of products. Combined with FAI reports generated from testing each batch of orders using 2D projectors, calipers, and micrometers, as well as provide hardness, mechanical data, and salt spray test reports, all are strictly executed in accordance with customer requirements to ensure buyers have no concerns.
